As a patient, relative, carer, friend of a patient or any other member of the public, you may have questions about the services the NHS provides and may need someone to turn to for on-the-spot help and advice. This is where the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) can help.
PALS can listen to your concerns and suggestions, provide information on NHS services, advise and support patients, their families and carers, help sort out problems quickly on your behalf, and record any feedback that you wish to make.
PALS will treat all your information confidentially.
Each NHS Trust in Manchester has its own PALS.
You need to contact the PALS which is relevant for your situation.
If you’re not sure which one to call, please phone one of them and ask.
